Considering the lack of recreational spaces along the “Ibrahim Rugova” highway , Smart Project was invited to design this complex, which is expected to fulfill the needs for the daily commuters. The project is located in Malisheva at one of the junctions of the highway. The center covers an area of 2 ha and has close to 8,000 m² of retail spaces, along with a gas station and other amenities.
