“The Oasis” is a multi-functional development that is unique for its potential and integrity it has with the surrounding context. It is supposed to offer an unprecedent scale of functions, with a mix of retail, culture and leisure around a unifying theme of design. Every part of the design is integrated through open landscape, exploring new potentials of the two separate sites at once.

The central section plays an integral part in connecting all the other functions together. The walking paths form a loop that travels through different areas that create surprising spatial experiences and a clear overview of the complex.
